Article 66

Upon the liquidation of the Society, the liquidator shall distribute the Society’s funds to the societies, which operate for the same purpose.

Article 67

A General Assembly resolution amending the Society’s Constitution shall be effective only after it has been endorsed in the appropriate register at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and published in the Official Gazette.

Article 68

The Society may recruit full-time or part-time employees or workers in the Society’s premises. Their wages and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the appropriate resolution of the Board of Directors, within the limits provided for in the financial rules and regulations and subject to the Labour Law for the Private Sector promulgated by Legislative Decree No.  23 for the Year 1976, as amended.

Article 69

In the event of any misunderstanding or uncertainty in the interpretation of the provisions herein, the Board of Directors shall refer the matter to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs for interpretation and clarification.
